July Update on Business Conditions: Extremely high demand continues

Hey everyone! Here is a quick update on things. Demand across all stores and the Internet continues to be extremely high as a result of the current social unrest in America. We apologize for longer wait times on email response, phones, in-stores and on the ranges. Most of you have been extremely patient and we really do appreciate it. Know that we are working hard to meet the demand, and have hired more staff and improved systems to handle this surge- but we are still behind.
Ammo is coming in occasionally. We do have some huge shipments coming, so please keep checking back.

We are improving post-sale order management for customers by giving you the ability to cancel an order that is in process. You can find this in the Orders section of your Account. We will be improving this area in the upcoming weeks by giving you the ability to change the FFL Dealer that your firearms are sent to, after the order is placed, as well as changing the card being charged for your order.
