July 27th Update: We are still trying to deal with the huge increase in demand.

As many of you are aware, the entire firearms industry has been overwhelmed with demand for product in the past 3 months, due primarily to the social upheaval in America. We are doing our best to try and keep up with this sudden surge, but it is not possible for us to grow 150% in 3 months. Our service to you has suffered as a result, and we apologize for that.

If you are a customer that has not received a response to an email inquiry or have attempted to call our facility and have met long wait times, we just want you to know that this is NOT a normal business environment for us. We are trying very hard to respond and get product out the door, but we are still very much behind.

Online Reviews: we have received one-star reviews as a result of the situation, and we understand the frustration that customers have had.  Some of these reviews represent honest people that are angry at product lead-times or email response times, but some of these reviews are, unfortunately, exaggerated or contain outright lies. Please keep in mind when reading these reviews of the circumstances we are currently operating under and that some people are just not honest.
