HOW TO CLAIM YOUR REBATE

  1. Purchase any qualifying Colt revolver.
  2. Fill out all required contact and purchase information in the rebate form.
  3. Upload a clear image of your receipt.
  4. Upload an image of the UPC from each qualifying product.
  5. Confirm and submit your information.
