I've got one in plain black. Break it in with Velocitor or similar rounds for first 1-200 rounds and it will eat any standard velocity .22lr. Have not tried subsonics but I would not expect them to work. Very accurate for such a short barrel. 10 round magazine not bad to load, but you can get a loader for about $5.00 that makes it a breeze. Super easy to break down and clean. Overall a very good .22 and if you own a Thunder 380 you need on of these for a practice gun
