Good Gun, December 21, 2017
I had a very good experience purchasing from Impact. As for this Taurus PT111 Millenium G2, it runs great, has a good feel in the hand and has been reliable and accurate. All the good reviews online and in print are spot on. From my previous experience owning Taurus handguns I am a self proclaimed Taurus hater, and have had terrible luck with Taurus products in the past. But as for this PT111 Millenium G2 I feel it is a good gun and would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family.

1st time purchasing a firearm. I bought it last week, took it to the range today 7/3/15 the first 2 clips were fine. Then on the third clip it started to jam and wouldn't slide all the way forward. The guy at the range told me that the recoil spring was bad. How embarrassing it was and I was only there 20 min

LUV The Millennium G2....., December 21, 2014
Taurus has "Hit A Home Run" with the Millennium G2. Perfect size handgun with great handhold grip and exceptional shooting capability. What's really terrific about the pistol is the double stack magazine giving it SUPERIOR FIREPOWER over the competition......12+1 rounds !

Great CCW, and Duty weapon!!, November 22, 2014
I am a Ranger in Colorado. I purchased this G-2 to carry concealed. I like it so much that I now carry it on duty as well. It is light weight, very accurate, and extremely dependable. I have shot every kind of ammo that I can find, and have not had a single ftf, or failure to eject. I put 1200 rnds through it, including 400 that I had loaded in 1974. I let it get very dirty, and still no problems. I trust my life to this G-2 as much as I did carrying a Colt CMD .45 as a deputy in Calif. in the 70's and 80's. I now own a Millinium Pro in both .40, and .45 cal. Same thing. No problems. My chief Ranger liked it so much, He now carries one on duty also. Kudos to Taurus, and Impact. Thanks guys.

absolutely perfect, October 21, 2014
Purchased last week from my local ffl, ater taxes and a box of ammo i was at $350. Feels better than a glock and the grip is a thousand times better than the shield. Only down side is the sights, would really like to find a good set of 3 dot combat sights rather tha, the low profile sights it comes with. Its barely wider than the shield or xds with a larger capacity double stack and comes with an accessory rail for a light which makes it good even for home defense. At appendix position you wont even know its there and im a skinny guy. Recoil is very lite and for a short barrel its pretty accurate after a few slight adjustments which takes only seconds. Ive already ran some flat nose, a bunch of fmj, and cci hollow point aluminum case and it has functioned flawlessly. The first 48 rnds without cleaning and then i gave her a good scrub and lube. Dont hate on it because its a Taurus they got it right this time

I own a Shield a Walther PPS and a Sig P290. I recently went into see the new G2 9mm Pt111. I owned a PT738 .380 for a week, put 60 rounds through it and would fire the pin any longer. Brought it back and figured that every bad thing about Taurus was true. After holding the G2 however, ny interest was sparked AGAIN. I bought it. For the price, i couldn't resist. When I left the range, I couldn't believe that I had just fired the MOST impressive weapon I had ever fired. Its light, easy to handle with little recoil, making it accurate shot after shot. My grouping was 2" at 20 feet with pinpoint accuracy. I wish I had more ammo at the time. I would have stayed another hour. 250 rounds so far without a hiccup. By far the best firearm I've ever held and fired.

Excelent Gun, April 30, 2013
I purchased this gun mid February of this year. It works perfectly. I have to pull the trigger as we to release the slide but that does not make it any less perfect. Mine shot straight right out of the box and I have know put federal, Remington, fiochi, American ammunition and a type of frangible ammo that a range uses through my gun. Not one FTF or FTE. all that ammo was 115 and fmj except the Remington was jhp. I OC this gun daily and am now waiting for my permit to come in the mail to CC. Its a 500-600 dollar gun for 350. I recommend this gun to everyone.

awesome price, awesome gund, March 09, 2013
Was looking for a gun that would be good for home defense and ccw, purchased this and am very pleased with it. only concern i had was having to dry fire for the glock like take down. the manual doesn't mention that you have to dry fire for the take down (this is where i got concerned & didn't want to damage the innards of the gun). But overall, very happy with the purchase! will buy taurus again-

Great gun, March 09, 2013
Like the gun very much . Just wish I could shorten the trigger pull. The initial pull is to long. If someone could give me some ideas I would be very thankful.

Great Gun, February 18, 2013
Feels great in the hand. Easy take down except when you strip it you do have to pull trigger which is not mentioned in the book info. Extremely accurate one you have your sight down. Put 50 rounds 115 grain fmj and 100 rounds of Independence 115 grain fmj with out an issue. Sights where low and to the right out of box a Quick adjusment and the weapon was very accurate. The issue i have is the sights are plastic. Excellent weapon, super light even when loaded. I have no regrets buying this weapon. Plan on buying another.

Taurus PT111 Milleneum G2, February 11, 2013
I bought this pistol on Saturday 2-9-2013 and on Sunday, 2-10-13 I took it to the range after its first cleaning. I shot 33 rounds of my reloads (Hornady XTP - HP 115 grain, with Hodgdon Titegroup powder), and I shot 127 rounds of my reloads (115 grain Precision Delta round nose, loaded with Winchester 231 powder). I had absolutely NO failures of any kind, NONE, "0". I have had and still have several Taurus products, revolvers and semi-autos. I really like the new features of this millenium pistol; such as: Fully ajustable rear sight, glock-like take-down, new trigger type, loaded chamber indicator, light rail, and new stippling on the new grip. The gun performed flawlessly. I was not able to check on accuracy because of all thre recent snow and melting of it and the slop I had to walk around in to keep re-setting up the steel targest. But, my next trip I will adjust the sights as needed. I plan to carry this pistol.
