Great price Black Friday Gear Up package, shipped to me quickly. XD's in 9mm 3" and 4" have been excellent for me which is why I went for this over something different like G20 or M&P 2.0 10mm. Pros: Great feel, for me removing the short mag well and installing the #1 thin backstrap works best, grips like my XD's. Excellent sights. Smooth ambi controls and the empty mags drop cleanly. Takedown without trigger pull a plus. Kit included 2 flush mag bases for the 15-round (all marked as 15) mags, 16 rnds are achieved with deeper bases that sit flush in the short mag well, but don't stick out too far without it. Fit and finish excellent. OSP feature will be useful, there's a card included to send to SA for your choice of plate, I haven't decided yet which footprint still looking for a reliable circle dot reflex in green reticle. Cons: Trigger and trigger safety are polymer, I'm sure they're going to be ok but that's one thing I prefer with my XD's are the metal triggers. Grip safety profile changed, maybe it's better but I never had a problem with the smoother original. Operator manuals both paper and online are too generic, not specific to the 10mm and as such no 10mm ammo info, and the parts diagrams have errors. Gear Up Cons: Don't expect to receive the Gear Up range bag even though it's advertised as included. I didn't get one and there's finger pointing going on between IG and SA as to who's responsible during my inquiries. I had confirmed with IG customer service before purchasing that the range bag would be included as advertised. Oh well. That said the extra 3 16-round mags were there and still a great bonus. And although SA warranties the gun for life it's nice that Impact does too. I'll continue to buy from Impact.

How do I start the return process?
- Log in to your www.impactguns.com account and locate and click on the "Request Return" link.
- An Impact Guns agent will review your request for a return and respond within two business days.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to refund being issued.
- All products need to be in new and original manufacturer condition.
- As an alternate method, you can send an email to sales@impactguns.com. Please be sure to include your original order number and relevant contact information.
When will I get my credit or return?
- Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. Most items that are in stock ship within 3-5 days after receipt of your returned item but may take longer depending on availability.
- Returns must be charged back to the original credit card used in the purchase. If this is not possible, we will refund you via check.
What about damaged/incorrect items?
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Impact Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Impact Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return.
What about return shipping costs?
- If an Impact Guns error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
- Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
