I had this stock on a Remington 870 that was used for home defense. As always test your gear before assuming that it is going to be a good set up.
This stock feels great when pulled up to the shoulder but after shooting some buckshot through it I decided it wasn't for me. Where I weld my cheek to the stock was getting hit like crazy from the recoil. After a couple of shots I had a nice bruise on my cheek.
The stock did reduce felt recoil as advertised and it is adjustable in length. The rubber pad on the stock was nice and comfortable against my shoulder and the shotgun did shoulder nicely with the stock on.
In conclusion, the stock does reduce recoil, is adjustable but just did not work for me. The impact of the stock hitting my face caused bruising and a bit of a flinch.
