The Citori Gran Lightning is blued with high relief engraving and stocked with grade V/VI walnut. The Citori Action components are machined to exacting tolerances, heat-treated for greater strength and fitted using the traditional lampblack-and-file method to ensure the precise fit of critical components prior to being assembled to the action. It is this extreme level of craftsmanship that leads to the dependable function, impeccable looks, championship performance and respect from both Citori owners and the competition alike. Hammers are powered by powerful coil type mainsprings for positive primer ignition. The convenient barrel selector allows the shooter to choose which barrel fires on the first pull of the single trigger, and the second pull fires the remaining barrel. Ejectors are activated by a sharp hammer blow for more positive ejection. The automatic ejectors eject fired shells when the breech is opened and elevate unfired shells for easy removal. The Citori utilizes a transverse-mounted, full width tapered locking bolt. The tapered locking bolt engages a full width tapered recess in the rear barrel lugs. The taper allows the bolt to seat deeper over the years. The hinge pin extends from one side of the receiver to the other for maximum strength. It's the reason people say a Citori wears in, not out. All Citori shotguns feature chrome-plated chambers that resist the toll thousands of shells can take on lesser quality guns.

  • An Impact Guns agent will review your request for a return and respond within two business days.
  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to refund being issued.
  • All products need to be in new and original manufacturer condition.
  • As an alternate method, you can send an email to sales@impactguns.com. Please be sure to include your original order number and relevant contact information.

When will I get my credit or return?

  • Most returns are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return. It may take longer for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank. Most items that are in stock ship within 3-5 days after receipt of your returned item but may take longer depending on availability.
  • Returns must be charged back to the original credit card used in the purchase.  If this is not possible, we will refund you via check.

What about damaged/incorrect items?

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Impact Guns will ship you a replacement of the exact item upon receipt of the damaged or defective item. Impact Guns will send you a return shipping label for the return.

What about return shipping costs?

  • If an Impact Guns error causes the need to return an item or we are replacing a returned defective or incorrect item, then we will pay the associated shipping costs.
  • Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. When returning an item, please add package tracking and adequate insurance.
