High quality cartridge cases for reloading. Case neck is annealed to become softer. Prevents gas leaks and enables the case to hold the bullet firmly. Hardness increases further down on the case body to avoid unnecessary stretching. Hardness around the primer pocket is firm, nearly twice that of around the neck.
