I bought my MODSTOCK kit in 2005 and have used it since then even taking it to Iraq for use. I provides a great improvement for cheekweld. Installation is a snap with all the provided parts, but make sure you have a stock wrench for the castle nut. There is almost not wiggle and absolutely no rattle with this stock because of the perfect fit between reciever extension and stock body. I even swapped out a standard M4 stock body on the VLTOR reciever extension and the GI M4 stock body seemed to rattle less than with the standard GI extension.
The reciever extension on my kit is a 5 position as opposed to a 4 or 6 position (like other manufacturers) and the positions are very well thought-out for use, not like the 6 position that seems like one position is too long and the other too short.
Battery compartments hold all the batteries you will need for flashlights, sights, etc. and closes very tightly to keep dust and moisture out with the o-ring- sealed caps. Fits the CR123 for surefires and some EOTechs, AA for EOTechs and other lights, and the batteries for aimpoints (1/3N).
The clubfoot is great for firing from the supported position (bench or sandbags) because you can really get your weak-side hand under the stock and tucked in tight to the shoulder for great control.
Just a word of warning for those with facial hair that may get caught in the battery compartment interface with the stock.
