UTAH HUNTER'S EDUCATION Courses held once per month, please call for schedule= 801 393-2474)
TRADITIONAL COURSE: Students receive a minimum of 12 hours of instruction with most courses running 15 hours. Courses include instruction on firearm safety, hunter responsibility, wildlife management, survival, wildlife I.D., and more. The Hunter Education course generally runs for 3 weeks with classes meeting one Saturday per week. The basic cost is $12.00 per student. This includes all range fees. Prepayment to reserve a space. Registration is on the first night of class. Parents are invited and encouraged to attend.
INTRO TO YOUR NEW FIREARM.
-You will learn the basics of your new firearm, including operating and cleaning. (Training Fee:FREE)
BASIC PISTOL
-You will learn the basics of pistol shooting. This course will emphasize on SAFETY and accuracy.
-A women's course ia also available, with a female instructor. (Training Fee:$50 per student)
INTRO TO AR-15
-You will learn how to operate, maintain and accurately fire your AR-15 safely. (Traning Fee:$60 per student)
