New for 2006, the Blackside replaces the SOS-45 suppressor in a shorter, lighter, and more efficient package. Extensive testing demonstrated that a recoil booster is not necessary with most weapons, including the HK Tactical. Highest performance is achieved with only a minimal amount of artificial enviroment (such as light oil), dry it outperforms most .45 pistol suppressors. The mount features a positive-stop threading to reduce thread wear and provide proper alignment.
