The Remington® Model 700 LSS (Laminated Stainless Steel) rifles beautifully blend the layered light and dark tones of a laminated stock with the satin finish of a stainless steel barreled action. As beautiful as it is functional, the resin-impregnated laminated stock provides exceptional strength, dimensional stability, and all-weather durability. The stock includes the revolutionary Remington R3® recoil pad, a Monte Carlo comb with raised cheekpiece, hinged floor plate magazine, and swivel studs.
The action is the same legendary Model 700 action that has been a favorite of hunters and shooters everywhere for more than 40 years, and it is drilled and tapped for scope mounts. All rifles are fitted with 24-inch barrels that are clean without sights. Magnum and short-magnum calibers feature magnum contour barrels while short and long action caliber include standard contour barrels.
