Springfield Armory has released a new barrel lug configuration on their existing XD line of handguns which mirrors the XDM. The diagram shown below indicates the differences in the two barrel lug designs that are currently available. Please be advised that our Lasermax Guide Rod Lasers were not designed to be used with this new barrel lug configuration and unfortunately do not fit properly. Please check your Springfield XD handgun before you order one of our Guide Rod Lasers.
Turn It On!
To activate the laser, simply push IN on the switch pin, which is located inside the takedown lever. Pushing in from either side will turn the laser on; the middle position is off.
Please Note:
1. Expect to change your batteries once a year with typical usage.
2. Cold weather batteries are available for some models.
3. Battery operating temperature is 15°F-120°F
