Left Handed Items are special order items, and are not returnable. Left Handed Orders May Not Be Cancelled. Left handed holsters may be in stock if they are a common fit, but most left handed holsters are custom made at Gould and Goodrich and may take 8-12 weeks to arrive.
Gould and Goodrich Delivery Time:
It is not possible to have every holster in stock, there are just too many variations and gun models (thousands). If we do not have your holster in stock, we will immediately place it on order with Galco. You will receive a backorder notice if this is the case, and you can expect your leadtime to be approximately 10-15 business days (unless it is left handed), on average.
Gould and Goodrich Returns and Repairs:
Any and all claims must be made within ten days of receiving the product. No returns will be accepted without prior factory authorization. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returns cannot be accepted for items that are discontinued, used, non-stocked, custom made, altered or not purchased directly from Impact.
