TRAINING ADVANTAGES
Only by teaching fundamentals and proper process do we achieve the goal of shooting proficiency. Once the fundamentals are adequately ingrained, then the stimuli can be processed through the vision-brain-mechanical response loop.
Lasergrips are an ideal training tool because they provide excellent supplemental training by allowing you to maximize training opportunities. Lasergrips provide a feed back system (live or dry fire) that shows process not simply results. Using bullet holes only as your only feed back system show results only, create anxiety, erode communication, require ballistic ally sound range facilities and transportation and necessitate proper scheduling and staffing.
HOW TO USE LASERGRIPS (training)
Visual training feedback system to develop shooting skills and diagnose shooting problems. Provide off range training in: sight picture, trigger press, movement, use of cover, draw and presentation and much more.
Visible indicator of muzzle orientation and gun handling for safety in all venues of pistol operation. Range officers have positive visible feed back of gun handling violations from a distance.
Field safety is enhanced by an officer being aware of his muzzle orientation during high stress engagements: multiple suspects: cuffing: cover and more.
TACTICAL ADVANTAGES
Limiting our sighting methods to "head and eyes must be behind the gun" only, assumes that an officer will never have compromised positions to shoot from or that incoming fire and available cover will never compromise an officers efficiency to fire from a non-traditionally sighted position.
Lasergrips provide options. Traditional sighting is still available when: time, distance, cover and lighting is favorable. Most situations do not allow these luxuries. The option of Lasergrips give officers a tool in critical moments... a tool that could save their lives.
HOW TO USE LASERGRIPS (tactics)
Threat de-escalation. Lasergrips provide a final less than lethal option in hot situations when an officer is faced with what appears to be his last alternative...firing rounds. Lasergrips are conclusively proving to de-escalate many hostile situations saving departments grief, time, and money.
Rapid first shot. Because Lasergrips provide a single index sighting reference it is very quick. Traditional sighting involves a fine motor skill and "near sighted" clarity, both of which are catastrophically diminished by stress. Much like illuminated single index optical scopes, Lasergrips provide the same ease and speed, minus the housing. Our dot yields the longest sight picture available...it puts the front sight on the target.
Life saving auxiliary sighting method. A Downed or seriously compromised officer may not have the environmental advantage or physical ability to come to traditional sight picture. Lasergrips provide a life saving option.
Reduces exposure when behind cover or tactical bunker. Limiting yourself to traditional sighting, only, requires that you lead with your head.
