Browning BPS Shotguns
|

|
Few shotguns have gained the reputation for long-lasting durability like the Browning BPS. After all, the BPS has what most other pump shotguns don't. Features like dual machined steel action bars, a forged and machined steel receiver, and legendary Browning handling are just some of the reasons the BPS continues to be the pump shotgun serious hunters turn to.
Bottom ejection throws empty shells straight down, out of the line of sight, and makes the BPS the ultimate pump for right- or left-handed shooters. Bottom loading provides operating convenience.
With the exception of the Deer Guns, all BPS 12 and 20 gauge shotguns feature back-bored barrels and the Invector-PlusT choke tube system (see information on back-bored barrels on page 1). All 28 gauge and .410 bore BPS models are standard bore and utilize the Standard InvectorT choke tube system. High-post, ventilated rib with matted sighting plane provides maximum heat ventilation and raises the line of sight, keeping recoil off the cheek and on the shoulder.
2¾": Four in magazine, one in chamber. 3": Three in magazine, one in chamber. 3½": Three in magazine, one in chamber. Three-shot magazine adapter included.
With the exception of the Deer Guns, all BPS shotguns include either Standard InvectorT or Invector-PlusT interchangeable Full, Modified and Improved Cylinder choke tubes. Turkey models feature an Extra-Full Turkey tube. |
