The STI International Escort is a compact 1911 pistol with full size power.Our lightest gun yet, the Escort is built on a forged aluminum officer length frame. The frame includes front strap STIppling and a checkered mainspring housing to provide a sure grip. The controls are an STI International single sided thumb safety and STI knuckle relief high-rise beavertail grip safety. The 3" blued slide features traditional 1911 styling with classic rear cocking serrations, and the barrel is 3", ramped & fully supported. This excellent firearm comes standard with adjustable "Novak" style white dot rear sight (3 dot), an STI Commander hammer, patented STI trigger system, STI S-7 sear, and titanium strut for smooth, reliable function.
The Escort has a Duracoat finish on the frame with a blued slide. Available in 9mm and .45 ACP.
