The CZ 97B is the big bore brother to the CZ 75. Basically the same design as the CZ 75 the grip size and the slide were increased in size to accommodate the popular .45 ACP. Other features include: Screw in barrel bushing, Loaded chamber indicator. The CZ97B carries a full 10 rounds in the magazine.
