Safari rifles start with the exclusive Remington Model 700 bolt design. Unlike Mauser-type bolt actions, there is no ejector cut in the bolt face to weaken the integrity of its design. An unbroken wall of steel surrounds the extractor, making it grip the cartridge head tighter as you extract the spent cartridge. Stainless steel or carbon steel barreled actions are available.
