I just purchased this as my first shotgun. I heard this is THE SHOTGUN to have and with about 500 rounds through it in a very short time, I would have to agree. My first 200 - 300 rounds were Federal target loads and I had more jams then I could count on hands, feet, teeth, or hairs... I cleaned it well and switched to Remington target loads and have yet to have a jam. I have shot 75 to 100 rounds in a 45 minute time period and with the remington ammo, I didn't have one Jam. Very Very easy to break down for cleaning. I have a .40 on one side of my bed and this on the other side now and I am almost certain that an intruder would run out of the house screaming just from the sound of racking this beast!
