Based on reviews of this rifle, I decided to give it a try, it was a mixed bag of reviews with some positive and some negative. The 1st 5 mags went great with no hiccups and so I thought that the rifle was going to end up being a great little shooter. Once I loaded the 6th mag, thats when things went south. The rifle was now plauged with failure to feed issues. I took it back to the local gun shop from where I purchased it and they tried putting different mags into it to see if the stock mag may have been the problem. They were able to determine that the mags were not the problem and that the new rifle would require some gunsmithing to fix the problem. This should not happen after 50 rounds so I expressed my concern and they let me exchange the rifle for another. I did not go with the ATI again, I gave them a fair try and it failed so I went with a more reputable rifle. For the money, you have alot of options to go with and I would recommend passing on this Omni .22. On another note, I do have the ATI 5.56 Omni with several hundred rounds through it and have had no issues at all!
