I carry this with the 22 mag cylinder all of the time when I'm in the yard or in the neighborhood. Main threat is stray dogs or rabid wild animals. It is very easy to carry no matter what you are wearing. I shoot it a couple of time a month at the range and am capable of 3 in groups at 10 - 12 feet. It is tough to reload in a hurry so don't count on more than the five shots.

Highly recommend this combo with the holster grip. I have a small hand and my friend has a large hand. We can both fire this revolver with accuracy due to the holster grip. Having both cylinders allows for inexpensive practice plinking (.22LR), then change to the Mag cylinder for personal protection. The safety notches gives extra peace of mind so you can carry a full load. The workmanship and quality of this mini revolver is tops. Being a short female, I didn't want anything bulky. I think this is an ideal gun for concealed carry for those of us who need something for a pocket or inside the pants.
