First off I have to say that the gun pictured here and on Chiappa's website is not the gun you actually get. The "stock" photo shows Chiappa's .22LR upper conversion. The lower receiver pictured is NOT a Chiappa. The Chiappa lower does NOT have a folding butt stock and is made out of Chiappalloy, which I quickly discovered after getting the gun is their way of saying plastic! Very few parts of this firearm are actually made out of my kind of metal. To say the least, I was disappointed at the materials and craftsmanship. After my intial shock wore off at what I had ordered, I decided to give this little weapon a chance to prove it's self at the range. It took 25 rounds through the gun to get the sights set. Out of the box, the sights were set 6" low and 4" to the right at only 30 yards!! Once sighted in, I was able to group 5 rounds within 3/4" at 50 yards, not too bad for a .22LR. I shot 200 rounds through the firearm without any jams or misfires and as it turned out, this gun is actually pretty fun to shoot. For general plinking purposes this is a good accurate gun, just don't expect at top quality weapon. And for those who are wondering, this gun is made in Italy, as even Chiappa's own website does not give this information.
