Tuned to break crisp at 4-5 pounds, the Premium Aluminum Trigger™ is standard on all Gold Match and Team Match pistols. All Gold Match and Team Match pistols have an ambidextrous thumb safety and adjustable rear sight. Team Match models have an extended magazine well, 30 lines-per-inch frontstrap checkering and U.S.A. Shooting Team red, white and blue logo grips. An 8-round magazine is standard on Gold Match and Team Match .45 ACP pistols. 9mm models have magazines with 9-round capacity.

All Kimber pistols in centerfire calibers have a Loaded Chamber Indicator Port.™ When a round is chambered and light is available, the shell casing should be visible through the slot at the rear of the barrel hood. All slides and frames are paired in the early stages of production and travel through the factory together, ensuring optimum fitting of every part.
