This is my favorite type of holster. Granted it can be a little hard on the blueing, but it's still my favorite. There are no release levers to push, no straps to undo. Nothing but the gun, grab and pull. This particular one holds the weapon with spring tension at the trigger guard. Make sure you are weaing a good belt. No thin little dress belt will work well here. The one downfall (well aside from being a little harsh on the blueing) would have to be that it's a little loud getting the gun in and out of it. You hear a snapping noise as you draw the pistol or holster it. It's not terribly loud, but in one of thoes situations where you are trying to be extra careful and quiet it'll sound like a thundercrack. Good construction. Couldn't shake the gun out of the holster, and I tried really hard.
