I love this charging handle but... it did not work at first. When I slid the handle into the slot on the shotgun, it would not go in quite all the way, and therefor, wouldn't allow charging the bolt. The shaft has a ledge about half way down the shaft (that the factory charger doesn't have). It prevented the charger from going in completely. I had to use a file to thin the shaft back toward the knob about 2mm. After that, it worked fine.
Other than that minor glitch. This is a great charger, very beefy, easy to grab. Highly recommend it.
