FN FNP45 TACTICAL BLK 15+1 X 3

Just purchased my new Black FN FNP-45 Tactical 2 weeks ago and installed a Trijicon Reflex/Red Dot sight and put a Lasermax Laser in front! I sighted in the Trijicon using the co-witness method (& laser too) before going to the range to see if any adjustments needed to be made and it was DEAD ON (60 ft.)! I fired 50 rounds & noticed marks and dings on the $400+ Trijicon sight caused by the ejected empty shells! No shells have struck the glass but the sight WILL GET DINGED on the outer right hand edge! It is a nice gun to fire and recoil was not as bad as I thought! Want a deadly accurate, one handed shooting 45 ACP out of the box, this is it! Good luck finding Dark Earth Color...if I see it I'm going to buy it too!

I love this gun. I am so glad that I bought it. I have been a 1911 guy but this is an absolute sweetheart. I fired thousands through it and it is incredible smooth and easy to clean. The interchangeable grips mean you get the fit you need. It is a big boy and that means better follow ups. I use it for action pistol and it always draws comments. If you have a hand for holding a 45 this baby packed with 15 rounds will not disappoint. Only problem is limited holster options. Not really for concealed carry but a great combination house gun, field gun and range gun. Totally love it.

After several months of deciding, I bought the FNP-45 Tactical in Flat Dark Earth (Tan & Brown) versus the Black color, because the FDE appeared to be a better finish,in April 2011. This pistol is of first class Quality and I could not be more pleased with it. (I own a Kimber Desert Warrior with respect to 1911's, and had not seen anything in the 1911 class that I wanted more than the FNP-45T.) And the 3 each 15 round magazines was of considerable influence, whereas Kimber supplies one poor quality .45 ACP magazine.
