I bought one of these for my AR15, since it fit the exact specs I wanted (and budget friendly). I was impressed when it arrived. It felt solid, and the glass was clear. After going on many shooting trips, it has remained clear and has not lost its "zero" (which is a very important to me). Being a "budget" scope, there is a definite "sweet spot" as far as the eye relief goes...mounting too far or too close gives an immediate "fish eye" effect. There is only about 1/2" to 3/4" leeway. As long as you understand you are not getting Leupold, or Nikon quality at this price range, you cannot go wrong with this scope.
