Recently I took both my 6721 and LE6940 to the range to see which was more accurate. Shooting paper at 100 yards and 18" steel plate at 200 yards, the 6721 delivered tighter groupings and more "pings" respectively; conditions that day were hazy, hot, humid and no wind. Ninety-five percent of this comparison was performed using the off-hand position; it's the most pure form of shooting IMHO. The ammo used wasn't anything special, opting to shoot your standard American Eagle M855 "green tips" to retain some level of parity. Both are fine guns, but the 6721's consistent accuracy, solid heft and parts commonality won the day.
