Bersa Deluxe not a good choice, November 18, 2012

I bought this gun about 1 year ago and loved it. But after about 300 rounds (50 per shooting) it jammed once per 50 rounds. I gave it to my local gun smith who adjusted the extractor and ejector. Next shooting session the spring came off ( not necessarily the guns fault and than jammed again (stovepipe).I am going back to a revolver. I don't trust this gun. Spend your money on something more reliable.I did research but should have spent twice the amount. Cheaper is cheaper

This gun is accurate, reliable and easy to clean. It's a good little gun and is affordable. Very good for carry, either main carry or a backup.

Excellent First Handgun, November 16, 2010

This gun is very simple to use and maintain. There are very few parts to mix up while taking down and re-assembling. Alhtough, being a beginner shooter, my own results are no indicator, I've had excellent marksmen tell me the gun shoots very accurately. You will definitely want to get the optional nine round magazine. If you are enjoying a day of shooting, it saves a bit on the reloading.
