Took it to Iraq p, May 06, 2011

I took this weapon to Iraq in March, 2003 and was amazed at the versatility and ruggedness and dependability of it. I used it everyday and never found it lacking. It was used as an aircrew survival knife and was very happy to have it. I'll carry this one until the end and be proud to do so. Well done Benchmade, and thanks.

Excellent knife, December 24, 2010

I honestly don't know of any improvements that could be made to this knife! It's steady, heavy, falls right into the palm of your hand and is a very reliable tool. My unit actually issued them for a short time, but I was on leave and missed them. I bough two, much to my wife's horror, and they've held strong through 5 years of military service - neither have broke! I've used them for everything from cutting flexi-cuffs, to MRE's, to rope and wire and clothing and even target practice and they're still going strong! I can't say enough!
